Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh turned the Dhurandhar music launch into a full-blown celebration. The event was hosted by Amazon Music in association with Saregama and featured electrifying performances, unexpected surprises and Ranveer’s signature high energy. The movie features Ranveer as the lead actor with Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna and Arjun Rampal and opens in theaters on December 5.
Ranveer Gets Emotional About ’83
Ranveer opened his heart while remembering his sports drama ’83. He shared that what remains forever is the experience of working on a film. He claimed that he had formed a lot of good friendships at that set and said he was very close to Sahil Khattar.
Ranveer arrived on stage like a rockstar. Once he got the mic, he joked that if someone gives him a stage and microphone, he would take over their duty. The crowd loved every bit of his fun banter.
“I Want To Hug Every Fan Here”
The actor also interacted with the audience and praised their enthusiastic vibes.
He said,
“I love the energy in the house tonight. If these 6.50 feet tall bouncers move a little, I would hug each one of you.”

Ranveer Sings And Raps For Fans
With pure madness on stage, Ranveer sang the title track of Dhurandhar. He suddenly stopped and said playfully that he cannot sing like rapper Hanumankind. Then he hilariously reminded everyone about Gully Boy saying he too has rapped “bhaari bhaari”.
He also crooned ‘Ghafoor’ from The Ba*ds Of Bollywood, making the audience scream with excitement.
A Big Shoutout To Shashwat Sachdev
Ranveer praised music composer Shashwat Sachdev who is busy completing the final touches of the film. The star called his connection with divine energy “special”.
He proudly revealed that Dhurandhar’s music features a mix of amazing voices including Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Sonu Nigam, Jasmine Sandlas, Madhubanti Bagchi, Rebel and Shahzad.
According to Ranveer, music helps audiences relive the memory of a film long after they have watched it. He promised the soundscape of Dhurandhar will stay with people.
Electrifying Performances Filled The Night
The event featured multiple performances:
- Shahzad Ali kicked off the evening with Ishq Jalakar – Karvaan
- Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas performed the new track Shararat
- The song ‘Easy’ was performed by Kings United and they even lifted Ranveer up which became the most memorable moment of the night
- The celebration ended with the grand performance on the title track

Surprise: Krystle D’Souza Joins Ranveer For Shararat
The biggest surprise of the night came when Krystle D’Souza appeared on stage. Ranveer requested the singers to perform Shararat again and this time he danced along with Krystle, officially confirming that she is part of the dance number in the film Dhurandhar.
Fans screamed, cheered and recorded every moment as Ranveer and Krystle delivered an electrifying dance performance.
