New Delhi, November 24: Past three days were very crucial for India and specially global south. What are the plans of India? What it expects from global friends ? After participating in G20 leaders Summit and India-Brazil-South Africa Forum, today on 24th November, Monday Modi has returned.

Modi’s Words to the Nation

In his X handle, PM has said that the G20 summit hosted for the first time in South Africa is a success. He wrote “The successful Johannesburg G20 will contribute to a prosperous and sustainable planet,” and highlighted that India will support summit’s results on climate actions, international supply chains and responsible digital development. He also thanked South Africa for its leadership and hospitality. “I’d like to thank the wonderful people of South Africa, President Ramaphosa and the Government of South Africa for organising the Summit,” he said. Experts are considering the message as a strong signal to the bonding of India and South Africa in terms of strong trade interests, historical links and new defence and technology collaboration.

At the G20 Leaders Summit, PM Modi stresses on prevention of AI misuse and invited global cooperation for creating a “global compact”. He highlights that unregulated technologies could be a threat to the democracy, privacy and stability of the world as a whole. He concludes that works need an ethical framework to guide the development of Artificial Intelligence.
