The actor wrapped up the project after successfully juggling multiple commitments, having earlier finished the Mumbai and Banaras schedules of Mirzapur: The Movie alongside his other professional engagements.

Lahore 1947 is a forthcoming film supported by Aamir Khan Productions and directed by pioneer film maker Rajkumar Santoshi with a strong and emotionally tense background of the Partition of India. The film is a gathering of a spectacular ensemble cast fronted by Sunny Deol, including Preity Zinta and Shabana Azmi.
