Those who win prizes above ₹1 lakh must personally visit the district lottery office or the Directorate of State Lotteries in Thiruvananthapuram, carrying the winning ticket, valid identification, and supporting bank documents to claim their reward.
The department has also cautioned the public against fraudulent websites and mobile applications pretending to be official result providers. These fake platforms have been found circulating manipulated results and collecting user data under false pretenses.
