Mumbai: Salman Khan may soon collaborate with popular filmmaker duo Raj & DK, best known for their unique storytelling in shows like The Family Man. The actor is now in early negotiations with the duo in a possible action comedy film according to industry sources. Although nothing has been locked yet, the development has already generated a great buzz among fans.
Salman Khan Shows Interest in Action Comedy Concept
Sources close to the project reveal that Salman Khan has heard the basic idea of the film and is quite intrigued by it. The project is said to be an action comedy, a genre that suits Salman’s larger than life image, but with a twist. Raj and DK have allegedly decided to take the superstar to a somewhat different location, with the combination of humour and classy action in their own typical way.

The movie is based on real life events and features Salman Khan and Chitrangada Singh in the leading role, and will be released theatrically on April 17, 2026.
