Mumbai: Actor Harshvardhan Rane has officially joined John Abraham in the much-awaited action film Force 3. The film is the third installment in the famous Force series that is known for a high sense of action, patriotic themes and high-level emotional drama.
According to reports, Force 3 will be directed by Bhav Dhulia and will be produced under the home banner of John Abraham, JA Entertainment. The movie is set to start shooting early in 2026, and will introduce a new storyline but with the same high-octane energy that made the other parts successful.
Harshvardhan Rane in Force Franchise
John Abraham, who has played a tough and faithful cop in the earlier Force films, will reprise his iconic role. One of the biggest highlights this time is the entry of Harshvardhan Rane. Having a strong screen presence and a intense performance in films such as Sanam Teri Kasam and Haseen Dillruba, Harshvardhan is likely to take the film to a new level. Viewers are already eager to watch the two action stars in the same screen.
While details about the plot are still under wraps, sources suggest that Force 3 will focus on national security and personal sacrifice just similar to the earlier installments but with a modern twist and grander visuals. The film aims to shift the franchise into a bigger scale, where the action sequences are bigger, the international scenery significantly bigger, and the emotional storyline is conveyed.
Force 1 & 2
In 2011, the series Force overcame the trends by launching the first season in which John Abraham and Genelia D’Souza participated, directed by Nishikant Kamat. Its sequel, Force 2 (2016), starred Sonakshi Sinha and added some more speed and thrill to the narrative. Now Force 3 aims to carry on that legacy with new names, better telling and use of action choreography.
