The announcement video has already set the internet buzzing with its soft glow, soothing music and an old world charm that instantly reminds audiences of the classic era of heartfelt romance. Sanjay Leela Bhansali Unveils A Modern Romance With An Old Soul
Do Deewane Seher Mein is produced by Bhansali Productions along with Zee Studios and is set for a Valentine’s week theatrical release on February 20 2026. The makers describe the movie as a contemporary romance that carries old school emotions at its heart. The title itself appears inspired by the timeless song Do Deewane Shehar Mein from the 1977 classic Gharaonda which starred Amol Palekar and Zarina Wahab.
The one minute six second announcement video introduces Siddhant Chaturvedi as Shashank and Mrunal Thakur as Roshni. The video is full of subtle chemistry gentle glances and calm scenes of snowy mountains to the symbolic sea link of Mumbai. The sweet nostalgic mood was immediately felt by fans and some believed that the warm aesthetic was reflected in popular Tamil and Korean romantic dramas.

Do Deewane Seher Mein is directed by Ravi Udyawar who is popularly known through his widely acclaimed film MOM. It is his second project with Siddhant following Yudhra which did not fare well in the box office. In this project he hopes to produce an honest emotionally touching romantic story that will revive the old days of love stories.
The film also features Ila Arun Joy Sengupta Ayesha Raza Viraj Gehlani Sandeepa Dhar Deepraj Rana Mona Ambegaokar Achint Kaur Naveen Kaushik and Master Inesh Kotian in key roles adding depth to the romantic drama.
