Mumbai: Sunita Ahuja, wife of actor Govinda has confirmed that she has been approached for two major reality TV shows in recent weeks. In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, she said that she has been approached by producers of the next season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. At the same time, she is also in talks with the creators of The Traitors (India) Season 2 with Karan Johar as a host. The dual offers reflect how the spotlight is shifting back to her in the reality-TV space.

Sunita Ahuja’s Upcoming Projects
The show Bollywood Wives captures the lives of top actors’ wives, showcasing glamour, drama and personal stories. The show is also known for its candid moments and behind-the-scenes access to celebrity households. Participating in it, Sunita would show her life with her family, events in society, and maybe her life as the wife of veteran actor Govinda. The show’s previous seasons have featured names like Maheep Kapoor and Shalini Passi.
Sunita Ahuja is also being approached to be part of the second season of The Traitors, the Prime Video hosted by Karan Johar that tests contestants’ loyalty in a game of strategy and deception. Audiences responded positively to the first season of The Traitors that it is renewed in season two. Official casting lists for season two are yet to be announced.

Sunita has also been on the trending for other reasons as well. It is because of the rumours swirling about her marriage with Govinda. The two got married in 1987 and have been together in the public eye, yet in recent years there has been constant talk of divorce and extramarital affairs.
Sunita has candidly talked of being a star-wife and stated that it requires strength and that sometimes she has even referred Govinda as a good son and brother but not a good husband. Some reports say that they have been living separately, but other people who are close to them confirm that the relationship is still strong. That she is not afraid to come out and talk truth and talks to reality-TV producers appears to have brought back interest in her life and offers her a new avenue to tell her story.
