Mumbai: Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has set the internet buzzing by unveiling the first look of co-star Arjun Rampal’s character in their film Dhurandhar. Ranveer took social media to introduced Rampal’s avatar as the “Angel of Death”, the poster shows Rampal with shorn hair, a bushy beard, dark sunglasses and a cigar in hand, projecting a chilling intensity.
The intensity of Rampal’s look and the strategic build-up shows that Dhurandhar is being positioned as a major action-spy spectacle. In the caption, Ranveer also revealed that the film’s trailer of Dhurandhar is set to release on 12 November at 12:12 PM, at a trailer launching event at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. As per the reports, more that 2000 fans are expected to attend the trailer launch event.
During the film’s shoot in Leh, more than 100 crew members were hospitalised due to suspected food contamination, local authorities later clarified it happened from a region-wide chicken contamination issue and not production negligence.

The film is ready to hit theatres on 5 December 2025. The film is described as a spy-action thriller inspired by real-life covert operations and spanning decades from the 1970s to the present. The title track of Dhurandhar released in October adds a powerful musical edge with artists like Hanumankind and Jasmine Sandlas contributing rap and vocals.
