Mumbai: Jatadhara unites myth, horror, and modern storytelling in a pan-Indian thriller which released in theatres on November 7, 2025. This movie pairs Sudheer Babu with Sonakshi Sinha and leans into mythology and religion as its main theme. Audiences have reacted online to the film’s eerie visuals and Sonakshi’s striking bold look, according to the film makers, was achieved after several months of study.
As per the reports of Sacnilk, Jatadhara Day 1 India net in all languages is currently reported as ₹0.24 crore in trade reports and real-time trackers. About the film
Jatadhara is a supernatural mythic thriller directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara is the story of faith, sacrifice and divine justice. The film was made by the Zee Studios in partnership with Sudheer Babu Productions and other production partners. The story is based on the Indian spiritual motive and the narrative is intertwined with the chilling set pieces, and is targeting both Telugu-speaking and Hindi-speaking groups.
Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha are the main characters in the film. The cast consists of Shilpa Shirodkar, Indira Krishnan, Ravi Prakash, Rajeev Kanakala and Subhalekha Sudhakar among the others. Among the major producers mentioned in the project was Zee Studios, Prerna Arora, and the film was released as a pan-Indian, bilingual film.
