At just 22 years old, Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan is ready to represent India at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant in Thailand. She was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 in August in Jaipur and received the title from Rhea Singha who was Miss Universe India 2024. Her win brought joy and pride to her family and fans who see her as a symbol of confidence and determination.

A Small Town Girl with Big Dreams

Manika was born in Sri Ganganagar in Rajasthan and now lives in Delhi. She is studying Political Science and Economics at Delhi University and is in her final year. She comes from a simple family and has always believed that hard work can make anything possible. Before winning the national crown she had already won the Miss Universe Rajasthan title which made her known in the pageant world. Every step in her journey showed her growth and confidence.

Manika’s rise to fame was not easy. She faced many rejections in the beginning but she never gave up. She practiced her walk and her answers daily and worked hard on her communication skills. Her friends say she was always calm and focused even when things did not go her way. She believes that every challenge teaches you something new and makes you stronger for the future.

Winning Hearts with Intelligence

At the Miss Universe India 2025 finale in Jaipur Manika impressed everyone with her confidence and clarity. During the final question round she was asked to choose between women’s education and financial help for low income families. She chose women’s education and said that when a woman is educated she can help not just herself but also her entire family. Her answer received loud applause from the judges and the audience. It showed that she was not only beautiful but also thoughtful and aware.

Her words reflected her belief that education can truly change lives. After the event Manika said in an interview that education gives people freedom and courage to make their own choices. She said she wants every girl in India to have the right to study and dream big without fear or barriers.

A Creative Soul

Apart from her studies and pageant work Manika has a deep love for art. She is trained in classical dance and spends time painting whenever she can. Her art has been appreciated by the Lalit Kala Akademi and the JJ School of Art. She says painting helps her stay peaceful and express her feelings. It also keeps her balanced when she faces pressure during competitions. She often gifts her paintings to her friends and teachers as a way of sharing her happiness.

Manika Vishwakarma: Spreading Awareness through Neuronova

Manika is also known for her social work. She started an initiative called Neuronova to raise awareness about neurodivergence and conditions like ADHD. Through Neuronova she organizes talks and campaigns to help people understand that every mind works differently. She wants people to show empathy and acceptance toward those who think or learn in unique ways. For her beauty is not only about appearance but also about kindness and understanding.

Preparing for the Global Stage

The 74th Miss Universe pageant will take place on November 21 2025 at the Impact Challenger Hall in Thailand. The current Miss Universe Victoria Theilvig from Denmark will pass her crown to the new winner that night. India has had three Miss Universe winners in the past Sushmita Sen in 1994 Lara Dutta in 2000 and Harnaaz Sandhu in 2021. Now all eyes are on Manika who is working hard to bring the crown home once again.

She is training every day to improve her walk posture fitness and stage performance. She also attends personality development sessions and works with mentors to refine her answers for the international stage. Her preparation shows her dedication and passion for representing India with pride.

Manika says her goal is not only to win but also to inspire others. She wants young girls to believe that dreams are achievable no matter where you come from. She often says that her journey proves that with self belief and effort you can reach any height.

As the competition draws near Manika continues to stay humble and focused. She says she feels proud to represent India and wants to showcase the country’s strength diversity and spirit to the world. Whether she wins or not she has already made her mark as a strong intelligent and compassionate young woman.
