Baahubali: The Epic’ Arrives 2 Days Early; Prabhas Returns to the Big Screen With Rajamouli’s Grand Re-Release

Mumbai: SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali: The Epic, the re-edited and remastered version is all set to hit the big screens. The film is a one of a kind experiment in Indian cinema that combines Baahubali: The Beginning (2015) with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) into one single, seamless narrative with improved visuals, refined sound design, and unseen scenes.

The makers have also confirmed that Baahubali: The Epic will have its international premieres on October 29, 2025, in some select theatres in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. The globally theatrical release follows shortly afterward, on October 31, 2025, in premium large formats.
Prabhas had invited fans to revisit the saga on the big screen in a special video, saying: Watch Baahubali: The Epic, combined cut of part 1 and part 2, on big screens on October 31… I think!”

Baahubali: The Epic has seen unprecedented ticket counter hype before its release. Bookings have already reached almost 5 crore in different parts of the world and the figures are predicted to increase even more in the following days. Trade experts believe that the release may establish new benchmarks on a remastered Indian movie, courtesy of the timeless fanbase of the legendary role of Prabhas.

About Baahubali: The Epic

The re-mastered film, is produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media Works, takes a total duration of 224 minutes and was the longest Indian film to have been produced in its history. The plot is about a young warrior called Sivudu, who is brought up in a tribal village, only to realize that his roots are royal and he comes to reclaim Mahishmati, which is under the oppression of a dictator.
The movie is a combination of the two parts with spectacular action, grandeur and emotional resonance, with some unseen footage and new technical grace, the film will not only provide a new movie viewing experience to old and new fans.

The actors in Baahubali: The Epic include Prabhas in triple role, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar and Subbaraju in key roles. Written by Vijayendra Prasad and directed by SS Rajamouli set a new benchmark for the Indian cinema.
