New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that its newly introduced Feedback Portal for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 has seen a strong response, with close to 10,000 candidates submitting their experiences within just one week of its launch.

According to officials, nearly 2,000 candidates reported alleged technical disruptions during the computer-based examination. Each complaint is being carefully reviewed through SSC’s Regional Offices. The Commission has assured that only genuine cases will qualify for re-examination, which will be conducted on or before September 26, 2025.

So far, 7.16 lakh candidates have successfully appeared for the exam across the country. Officials further clarified that on September 19, all shifts were conducted smoothly with no cancellations or rescheduling required.

The CGLE is among India’s largest recruitment examinations, attracting lakhs of aspirants competing for central government jobs. The introduction of the Feedback Portal is being hailed as a move towards a more transparent and candidate-centric system, ensuring that grievances are addressed in real time while maintaining the overall integrity of the examination process.
