Actor Alia Bhatt once again proved that less is more when it comes to fashion. During her recent visit to Chennai, the actor stepped out in a soft, dreamy saree look that instantly caught attention. Sharing glimpses from the evening on March 26, she captioned her post with a simple note about the golden hour and the love she received from the city, but it was her elegant outfit that truly stole the spotlight.
A soft saree moment that feels both modern and timeless
For the event, Alia Bhatt opted to wear a sage green organza saree from the Manipura Lotus series of Jadon’s fashion house. The saree had delicate floral embroidery with large motifs spread on the sheer fabric producing a light and airy feel. The see-through texture gave it a dreamy feeling and the combination of green and metallic silver thread-work made this perfect for an evening setting. Styled by Priyanka Kapadia, the saree was draped in classical pattern with neat pleats at the front and long pallu flowing gracefully over her shoulder.
Alia Bhatt paired the saree with a matching blouse in the same tone. The blouse was sleeveless, had a deep V neckline and a cropped fit which softened the otherwise classic silhouette with a modern edge. The overall look balanced tradition and contemporary style in a very effortless way.

Alia Bhatt kept her beauty look fresh and natural, staying true to her signature style. She opted for soft pink tones with lightly flushed cheeks, rosy lips, and matte eyeshadow. Skipping eyeliner, she focused on enhancing her lashes with mascara and added a subtle highlight to the inner corners of her eyes. Her hair was left open in a centre parting with soft waves that framed her face gently without overpowering the look.
The standout detail included her jewellery from Moksh. She wore a spectacular Kundan choker with gemstone and diamond studs, flowing studs, and earrings in the shape of ovals. The accessories added just the right amount of sparkle and helped to pull the whole outfit together giving it a polished finish.

She is married to Ranbir Kapoor, and the couple welcomed their daughter Raha in November 2022.
