Mumbai: Filmmaker SS Rajamouli revealed the first look of actor Prithviraj Sukumaran from his upcoming big-budget film, Globetrotter (tentatively titled SSMB 29). The poster showed Prithviraj as the villain Kumbha, sitting in a high-tech wheelchair with mechanical arms extending behind him. The look was dark, stylish, and powerful but soon after it went viral, fans started calling it a copy of other famous movie villains.

The image reminded many of Marvel’s Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2, who also had similar robotic arms, and Kaal from Krrish 3, played by Vivek Oberoi, who used a wheelchair and had a similar menacing presence. Some users also pointed out that the design seemed inspired by Dr. Arliss Loveless, a villain from the Hollywood film Wild Wild West.
