Mumbai: Actor and performer Nora Fatehi met with an unfortunate accident in Mumbai but showed remarkable determination by continuing with her professional commitments. The actress also reportedly was heading to a concert by DJ David Guetta when a drunken driver crashed into her car resulting in her a mild concussion.
According to a report by Hindustan Times, the incident occurred as Nora was heading to the Sunburn Festival for her scheduled appearance alongside the world famous DJ. One of the sources said that she was rammed into by another car, and her team immediately took her to the closest hospital to receive medical help.
Doctors conducted a CT scan to rule out any internal bleeding or serious injury. Medical professionals later confirmed that Nora had sustained a slight concussion due to the impact of the accident. She was recommended to take a rest and not engage in activities, bearing in mind that she had a head injury.
However, what stood out after the incident was Nora Fatehi’s strong resolve to honour her work commitments. She was advised to rest but is reportedly insistent to go back to work and proceeded with her planned Sunburn 2025 appearance that same night.
The source further shared that Nora attended the music festival in South Mumbai, where she appeared alongside American DJ David Guetta. During the concert, she also teased her upcoming global single. The song is reported to be a collaboration between David Guetta and the American singer, Ciara, and her vocals are also featured, which makes it one of her most anticipated international projects.
Nora Fatehi’s Work Front
On the work front, Nora Fatehi has several exciting projects lined up. Apart from her international music release, she is expected to make her debut in South Indian cinema. It has been reported that she was roped in as a co lead in an upcoming horror comedy franchise Kanchana 4 of Raghava Lawrence. Pooja Hegde is also reportedly the other female lead in the film.
In addition to this, Nora is reportedly set to make a special appearance in Jailer 2, the much awaited sequel to the 2023 blockbuster Jailer. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the Rajinikanth starrer has an impressive ensemble cast, including Vidya Balan, Mithun Chakraborty, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, and others playing key roles. Nora is expected to feature in a high energy dance number in the film.
Further, the actress will also appear in the Dhruva Sarja starrer, KD: The Devil, further expanding her presence in the South film industry.
