Mumbai: Love and War is a romantic saga by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which is expected to release theatrically on August 14, 2026. The Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal film will release just ahead of Independence Day of 2026.
As per reports by Pinkvilla, sources close to the production have confirmed that Love & War has been moved from its earlier release date of March 20, 2026, to August 14. With the change, Bhansali and his crew have more time to work on the visuals and emotions of the film. The strategic Independence Day release also creates a profitable box-office window, making it one of the most anticipated films of 2026.
