Mumbai: Great news for fans of comedy king Kapil Sharma. After a 10-year wait, the sequel to his blockbuster debut film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’ (2015) has been officially announced. A hilarious motion poster for ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2‘ (KKPK 2) has been released, confirming the film’s release date.

The movie is set to hit cinemas worldwide on December 12, 2025.

Kapil Sharma’s Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2

Film critic Taran Adarsh shared the motion poster on his social media, writing, “KAPIL SHARMA – VENUS – ABBAS-MUSTAN: ‘KIS KISKO PYAAR KAROON 2’ RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCED… Get ready for some masti, madness and a whole lot of confusion as #KapilSharma returns to tickle your funny bone with #KisKiskoPyaarKaroon2.”

“Doli Uthi Durghatna Ghati!”

The motion poster shows Kapil Sharma once again in a groom’s attire, sitting in a ‘doli’ (palanquin) with a hilariously stressed expression. He is accompanied by ‘Fukrey’ fame Manjot Singh. The film’s tagline, “डोली उठी दुर्घटना घटी!” (The palanquin was lifted, the accident happened!) has doubled the fans’ excitement, hinting that Kapil’s character is set to get entangled in marital chaos once again.

4 New Heroines and a New Director

The 2015 original featured Elli AvrRam, Manjari Fadnis, Simran Kaur Mundi and Sai Lokur as the female leads. However, the sequel brings a major change with an all-new cast of four heroines. ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2’ will introduce Hira Warina (Warina Hussain), Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati and ‘Bigg Boss 17’ alum Ayesha Khan opposite Kapil Sharma.

There is also a significant change behind the camera. The first film was directed by the legendary duo Abbas-Mustan, who are returning this time only as producers. The sequel is directed by Anukalp Goswami, who co-wrote the original film and has been associated with Kapil’s comedy show.

Presented by Star Studios and Venus Worldwide Entertainment the film is produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas Mustan. Promoted as “The Family Entertainer of the Year,” the film is ready to deliver a double dose of laughter on December 12, 2025.
