Mumbai: Filming has officially begun for the much-anticipated war epic The Battle of Shatrughat, directed by Shahid Kazmi and co-written by Kazmi and Sajad Khaki. The film unites a strong ensemble cast including Gurmeet Choudhary, Aarushi Nishank, and Siddharth Nigam in the lead, along with veteran actors Mahesh Manjrekar, Raza Murad, Zarina Wahab and Mir Sarwar in key supporting roles.

Produced under the banners of Shahid Kazmi Films, PY Media, and Hill Crest Motions, The Battle of Shatrughat promises to be a cinematic spectacle combining large-scale war sequences, period detail, and theatrical grandeur.
