‘De De Pyaar De 2’ set to hit theatres on November 14, 2025
Mumbai: The much-awaited trailer for the romantic-comedy ‘De De Pyaar De 2‘, starring Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh and R Madhavan was dropped today. Looking at the trailer it’s clear that the film is set to bring a double dose of laughter and entertainment to the audience. This sequel to the 2019 hit ‘De De Pyaar De’ picks up the story right where the first part left off.
What’s Special in the Trailer?
The trailer opens with Ashish (Ajay Devgn) and Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh) ready to take their unique love story to the next level. While the first film saw Ashish trying to convince his family of his relationship with Ayesha this time the challenge is bigger as he now has to win over her family.
The story takes a new and amusing turn when Ashish comes face-to-face with R. Madhavan who plays Ayesha’s father. The trailer humorously showcases the banter and conflict between the two. On one hand, Ajay is trying to impress a father-in-law who is his own age, while on the other R. Madhavan is not ready to accept this relationship for his daughter.
The entry of Meezaan Jafri hints at a new twist as he is chosen by Ayesha’s family to compete with Ashish.
Powerful Star Cast and Crew
Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh look comfortable in their returning roles while the new additions of R. Madhavan and Gautami Kapoor bring a fresh energy to the film. Directed by Anshul Sharma the story is written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain. The movie is produced under the T-Series and Luv Films banners.
